You could only pay by advance in our webshop.
The products you had ordered would be shipped after payment had been received.
Orders are only processed on workdays during work hours: Monday-Thursday: 9:00-14:45, Friday: 9:00-12:45.
Please transfer the amount of purchase on the following bank account.

Our company sells and delivers packages only in the European Union, expect Cyprus and Malta.
Please make sure that all of your shipping data is 100% whole and correct before purchasing.
The MediJoz GmbH would not take responsibility if false or missing shipping informations were used.
In these circumstances we would not take responsibility for refund or changing the shipping address.
The MediJoz GmbH is responsible for delivering the product to the given shipping address, we would not take responsibility, if the product is lost or stolen after delivery.
Please make sure that the place of delivery would be a safe environment.

In case the sum of purchase would be less than 30.000 HUF/85 EUR, cost of shipping and packaging would be an extra 3.000 HUF/8 EUR apart from the sum of purchase.

Every purchase with the sum above 30.000 HUF/85 EUR, the cost of shipping and packaging is free of charge.

1. Home delivery with delivery service:
Your package would be delivered by the staff of GLS delivery service to the given shipping address that could be either your home or workplace.
Delivery would be on weekdays between 08.00 and 17.00. Giving the actual time of delivery is not possible!
GLS courier would leave a notification in case of first unsuccessful delivery at the given address with the actual time of next delivery attempt.
In case of second unsuccessful delivery, the package would be shipped back to us

Austria: 1-2 workdays.
European Union Member States (except Cyprus and Malta): 2-4 workdays.

After your purchase had been shipped, you would get a confirmation by e-mail.
The time of delivery could change in case of product availability. MediJoz GmbH has the right for deleting the order in case the products are unavailable. In this case, the customers would be informed.
In case of deleted orders, processing the refund would take 2-3 workdays.
We would like to remind you that the cost of taxes and customs about the purchase are charged on the customer.

IMPORTANT: If you notice any external damage upon receipt of the package or an indication that the contents of the package are damaged (soaked packaging), open the package in the presence of the courier! If the product is damaged, do not take it over, but return it to us by courier (refusal to accept it by writing a claim report)! In this case, a claim report must always be prepared by the courier!
There is no possibility of a refund in the absence of a damage report.
We will take care of the replacement as soon as possible and investigate the causes of the damage.
