We only sell and deliver parcels within the European Union – except Cyprus and Malta.
Please ensure that all shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing your order.
MediJoz GmbH cannot be held responsible if you provide incorrect or missing shipping information at checkout.
In such circumstances we cannot be held responsible for refunds or changes of delivery address.
MediJoz GmbH is responsible for delivering the goods to the delivery address provided, we are not responsible if the item is lost or stolen after delivery.
Please ensure that the delivery location is a secure environment.

Transport and packaging costs For all orders, regardless of the value of the purchase: 3.500 HUF or 9 €

  1. Home delivery by courier:

Your parcel will be delivered by GLS couriers to the address you specify, which can be your home or work address.
Delivery is made on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Exact time is not possible!
GLS Courier will leave a notification at the address you have provided, indicating the exact time of the next delivery.
If the delivery fails a second time, the parcel will be returned to us.

Austria: 1-2 working days.
European Union Member States (except Cyprus and Malta): 2-4 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of delivery.
Delivery time may vary depending on product availability.
MediJoz GmbH reserves the right to cancel orders if products are not available. In this case, customers will be informed.
In case of cancelled orders, it will take 2-3 working days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that all taxes and duties related to the purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

If you notice any external damage or signs that the contents of the parcel are damaged (wet packaging), please open the parcel in the presence of the courier. If the product is damaged, do not take delivery of the goods, but return them to us with the courier (refusal to accept delivery by writing a damage report)! In such cases, a damage report must always be drawn up by the courier! In the absence of a damage report, no refund is possible. We will take care of the replacement as soon as possible and investigate the cause of the damage.
